Eliska comes from Prague, graduated from the University of Economics there in 2010 and spent her first winter season in the mountains the same year. She has lived in the Zillertal with her family ever since. It all began with a single holiday house. Today she runs a travel agency and arranges stays in apartments and houses on behalf of owners she is friends with, all across the valley. Zillertal Apartments is a family business: Eliska's husband Robert is a mountain bike guide in summer and works at the Hot Zone snowboard school in Gerlos in winter. Together they know the Zillertal in every season and which house will suit you.

What guests say about their Zillertal holiday
Real reviews from the platforms where the holiday homes have been listed for years. Every review can be read there.
An absolute gem in Gerlos for a ski-trip with friends! We spent a week in the appartment and it had everything you need. Also it was super clean and the rooms are well isolated. Everything is within walking distance, the dorfbahn was only 4 min away. I cannot recommend it more to friend groups who have a ski holiday planned in the Zillertal area.
Beautiful appartment which is perfectly suited for a week of skiing! Everything we needed for a pleasant stay was taken care of. House is near the pistes so you can almost ski to the doorstep.
Went there with a group of friends, host greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour. Also gave us some ideas/recommendations. Appartment is very spacious and has a lot of utilities
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is very spacious, with beautiful views from the kitchen and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house functional and cozy, we immediately felt at home. The location is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet, surrounded by nature, yet it’s only about 10 minutes by car to reach supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Our children especially loved spending time with the animals (chickens, cats and two lovely dogs). Having fresh eggs and milk during our stay was a real treat. We also enjoyed the many beautiful hikes in the surrounding area. Thank you Martin and Eliska, we hope to come back!
We had a great time in the apartment, it’s a big apartment, very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the cable car. The region also has a lot of things to do for toddlers.

Mvh

Summer holiday in Zillertal
Lovely house and remarkable size, both for living and 4 bedrooms (we used only 3 and we were 4 adults with 3 children). Beautiful terrace and cheered by the noise of a nearby stream. Services (restaurants, markets, lifts) are just a few minutes drive away. Excellent cleaness and very well equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bathrooms, with 3 showers and a bathtub. Outside we could have parked no problem 3 station wagon. Probably this is the best accommodation it has ever been.

Frequently asked questions about Zillertal apartments
Do you have houses where dogs are allowed?
Yes. This is shown in each house's profile. Please note that you need to tell us when booking if you would like to bring a dog. Simply add your dog in the enquiry form and the fee, currently 60 euros per dog per stay, is included in the total price.
How does an enquiry work?
You choose the house, dates and number of guests and send the enquiry. Eliska checks availability, including with the owners, and replies personally with the total price. Only then does it become binding.
What does a stay cost and what is included?
Each house has a seasonal rate per night for a base occupancy; additional guests pay a supplement. The Tyrolean tourist tax (per person per night) and final cleaning are added, in some houses also bed linen and towels (once per person per stay) and, with a dog, a dog fee. Children are exempt from the tourist tax by year of birth: in 2026 everyone born in 2011 or later, in 2027 from birth year 2012 and in 2028 from birth year 2013. For stays over New Year, each night follows the rule of the year it falls in. You see the breakdown before you commit.
